What is it?
KAIZEN HMBŪ is a metabolite of the
branched-chain amino acid Leucine. It supports the body's ability to minimize
protein breakdown and damage to muscle cells, which can occur subsequent to
intense resistance exercise. HMBŪ is found in foods of both plant and
animal origin. Its precursors are the amino acid Leucine and the keto acid KIC.
Alfalfa, corn silage, grapefruit and catfish contain relatively high
concentrations of this nutrient. It is extremely difficult and impractical to
consume enough of these foods on a regular basis to provide the full benefits
of KAIZEN HMBŪ. The potassium phosphate is included to stabilize the
calcium and increase absorption. KAIZEN HMBŪ may cause an increase in
muscle mass and strength. It also seems to accelerate fat loss that occurs
secondary to strenuous exercise.

Retains lean muscle mass
Retains
muscle mass while cutting up
